While visiting Ashville NC we stopped for lunch at Ay Carumbas. The staff was attentive and the food was really authentic and very good. It is a bit of Mexico in the heart of town. If we get back to Ashville, we will look forward to enjoying the chips and bean dip as well as the extensive menu and atmosphere.

Fantastic Mexican food. A spicy and delicious salsa bar is available to satisfy your taste buds and the chips come with a tasty bean dip that I've never seen a restaurant do before. The vegetables are gray and the guacamole came with both of our dishes, which was a delightful surprise! The pollo asado and the carnitas plate were both wonderful and highly recommended! Give this place a try if you're in the mood for some tasty Mexican food.

This place always has great food and the salsa’s for the chips are always fantastic. Sometimes it seems like the staff is a little overloaded so we have had to get other members of the staffs attention for things or if you have questions. We purposely go to the location on merrimon instead. Everyone here is super nice and respectful though, I just think they need a little more staff or a few less tables.

Steak especial was 5 star meal and I was tended to by server's extremely well. I can't wait to go back again and again I will say that there building needs noise panels installed. It's way to noisy and the music they play drowns a good conversation.

The food is always delicious with some seasonings and flavors! We drive about 1hr 1/2 to come here! The atmosphere is always in a good energy, and clean! The staffs are always friendly, have a smile on, and always have recommendations. Picture of a Texas Quesadilla. Everything taste delicious not blend!
